Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Aurora Lead Intel ("Aurora," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
Eligibility and business use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must use Aurora only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Service description
Aurora is a subscription prospecting workspace that organizes newly formed Alabama business records from public sources and provides search, research links, private notes, and lead-status tracking. Aurora is a research and workflow tool; it is not a guarantee of sales, contactability, business viability, or record accuracy.
Accounts and credentials
Account credentials are for the authorized subscriber only. You may not share passwords or verification codes, sell or transfer account access, or allow unauthorized users to access the service through your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Free trial and subscription
Aurora currently offers a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. After the trial, continued paid access is currently offered at $59 per month. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Pricing may change prospectively; any change will apply in accordance with applicable law and any notice presented at the time of purchase or renewal.
Billing
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Failed payments may result in retries, restricted access, or cancellation of the subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from the Manage Billing control in Aurora. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current billing period prevents the next renewal while allowing access through the paid-through date.
Refunds
Except where required by law, paid subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. If you believe you were charged because of a billing error, contact langdev1022@gmail.com. Aurora may issue refunds or credits at its discretion, but doing so does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in other circumstances.
Lawful outreach
Aurora provides research data and workflow tools; it does not provide permission to contact any person or business. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your calls, emails, text messages, advertisements, and other outreach comply with all laws and rules applicable to your organization and communication method, including consent, identification, opt-out, do-not-call, recordkeeping, and other requirements.
No consumer-reporting use
Aurora is not offered as a consumer reporting agency or consumer report. You may not use Aurora data to determine or influence an individual's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance underwriting, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar consumer-reporting laws.
Suspension and termination
Aurora may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security threats, abuse, suspected credential sharing, unlawful use, attempts to extract or redistribute the database, or material violations of these Terms.
Third-party services
Aurora relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Supabase, Netlify, Stripe, and Brevo. Availability of Aurora can be affected by outages, maintenance, network failures, or changes involving those providers.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every public record will be complete, current, or accurate. Aurora does not provide legal, financial, tax, credit, insurance-underwriting, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on public-record data, outreach decisions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to the service or Terms
Aurora may update the service and these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, when appropriate, providing additional notice.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the information Aurora processes about subscribers and visitors and how that information is used.
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your email address and authentication-related account identifiers.
- Lead-workspace information you choose to save, including private lead status and notes.
- Support communications you send to Aurora.
- Billing and subscription metadata associated with your account.
Payment information
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Aurora does not need to store your full payment-card number in its application database. Stripe may process payment details, invoices, payment status, customer identifiers, and subscription identifiers according to Stripe's own privacy practices.
Authentication and email
Supabase provides account authentication and database services. Brevo is used to deliver transactional authentication email, including signup-verification and password-recovery codes.
Technical and service information
Aurora and its infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information needed to provide, secure, diagnose, and operate the service, such as request metadata, timestamps, error information, authentication events, and network or device information available in service logs.
How information is used
- To create and authenticate accounts.
- To provide the trial, subscription access, billing, and customer portal.
- To store private lead notes and lead-status information for the correct user.
- To send transactional account and billing communications.
- To provide support and investigate reported problems.
- To protect Aurora, its users, and its systems from abuse, fraud, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.
Service providers
Aurora uses service providers to operate the product. Current core providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, Stripe for subscription billing, and Brevo for transactional email delivery. These providers process information as needed to perform their respective services.
Public-record business data
Aurora also displays business-formation information collected from public sources. That public-record content is part of the product dataset and is distinct from subscriber account information. Public records may include business names, formation dates, registered-agent information, and filing addresses.
Sharing
Aurora does not currently sell subscriber personal information for money. Information may be shared with service providers that operate Aurora, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization or transfer subject to applicable law.
Retention
Aurora retains account, subscription, workspace, support, and technical information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type and service provider.
Security
Aurora uses access controls and third-party security features intended to protect account and application data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account or security incident has occurred, contact support promptly.
Your choices and requests
You may contact Aurora to ask questions about account information, request correction of account information, or request account deletion. Some information may need to be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Children
Aurora is a business-to-business service and is not intended for children under 18.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated as Aurora's practices or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Data Accuracy & Public-Records Disclaimer
Aurora compiles and organizes information from public business records. Public-source information can contain errors, omissions, duplicate entries, outdated information, formatting differences, or delays between an official filing and Aurora's display.
Aurora does not warrant that every record is complete, current, legally authoritative, or suitable for a particular business decision. Users should verify important information against the appropriate official source before relying on it.
